API-First Architecture: PointHR offers secure, RESTful APIs that PageUp can call to initiate background checks, Form I-9, or e-Verify invitations directly from within the PageUp platform.
Candidate Invite Workflow: PageUp sends candidate data (Name, Email, Phone, Package ID) via API to PointHR. Candidates receive branded email/text invitations to complete the required onboarding steps.
Secure Candidate Portal: Candidates log in via a secure, mobile-friendly portal to complete identity verification, sign the FCRA release, and upload ID documents.
ID Selfie Match: AI-powered facial recognition compares the uploaded government-issued ID to a live selfie for real-time identity verification.
Form I-9 e-Verify: I-9s are completed remotely with real-time audit tools. e-Verify is triggered instantly, and results are returned via API.
PDF Delivery & Webhook Updates: Completed forms, signed releases, and background reports are returned via API or webhook to PageUp or a client-specified endpoint.
