We also help to map out process steps, identify roadblocks and develop for them a five-pillar strategy for change. Often including the business case for change and any potential ATS fixes or other HR tech needs. We also provide Recruitment Skills Training for Hiring Managers and TA teams and or PageUp Skills Training to enable better Attraction (EVP and Brand strategies), Improved process flow (better usage of the ATS) and internal capability uplift (TA and Hiring Manager Skills Training).

Our services range from a simple one-day review (TA Strategy Day on systems and processes) through to a PageUp ATS assessment on set up and usage. Up to a more detailed recruitment audits (several days on site) to look at optimising your recruitment practices. Our work often ending with an Executive Report or the business case and financial costings for change. Helping HR gain the executive approval for additional TA resources, new recruitment tools, or an expansion of the TA function or ATS.
Our separate ATS reviews can also help to provide clients with deep insights on their current PageUp configuration, and broader recruitment operations and services alignment. We then also provide the PageUp training and optimisation for the TA team or Hiring Managers providing capability uplift across the organisation.
