PageUp has been recognisedrecognized by Gartner, Inc. as a Visionary in its 2018 Magic Quadrant for Talent Management Suites report. It was PageUp’s socially integrated, mobile talent management capabilities and collaborative, easy-to-use interface that saw it recognisedrecognized as a Visionary in this year’s report.

Gartner’s analysts noted that this year the market for Talent Management Suites continues to mature as organisationsorganizations look to facilitate more mobile-optimisedoptimized, collaborative work arrangements, while also demanding more sophisticated talent analytics. “Investments in TM suites have also been spurred by the desire for integrated workflows and the growing availability of improved user experiences, including mobile accessibility, enhanced social and collaborative workflows and advanced analytics capabilities,” they observe.

PageUp was positioned as a Visionary in Talent Management based on both its ability to execute on its promises and the completeness of its vision as a strategic player in the Talent Management market. To come to this assessment, Gartner analysts evaluated PageUp alongside eight different Talent Management software vendors on a range of criteria. This criteria included:

So what does being named a Visionary mean for PageUp? According to the analysts at Gartner, “Visionaries are ahead of most potential competitors in delivering innovative products and/or delivery models. They anticipate emerging/changing market needs and move the market ahead into new areas. Visionaries have a strong potential to influence the direction of the TM suite market, but are limited in execution and/or a demonstrable track record.”

For PageUp CEO Karen Cariss, being named a Visionary by Gartner is a way for PageUp to recogniserecognize the effort and innovative thinking the team has contributed. “We consider being placed in the Visionaries quadrant by Gartner as confirmation of our mission to transform talent management from end-to-end,”
