Recruiters can choose a predefined package or use CheckIntelligence to automatically assign the right mix of checks – like right to work, police, RSA, or licences – based on role, location, and business unit.

Results sync instantly to PageUp, giving recruiters real-time visibility and faster, compliant hiring decisions.

How CheckWorkRights integrates with PageUp

  • Recruiter moves a candidate to the “Background / Reference Check Invite” stage in PageUp and chooses from a predefined package or the single CheckIntelligence option.
  • CheckIntelligence uses PageUp metadata (role, location, business unit) to determine the exact checks required.
  • Candidates receive a branded CWR email with a secure link to provide documents and information. Automated reminders and follow-ups run through the same trusted workflow used daily by employers like McDonald’s, Hungry Jack’s, Ampol, and 7-Eleven.
  • CWR sends real-time status updates and final results back to PageUp, giving recruiters a live view of progress within the candidate record.
  • PageUp displays both the overall check status and detailed outcomes directly in the candidate’s History tab.
