How CheckWorkRights integrates with PageUp
- Recruiter moves a candidate to the “Background / Reference Check Invite” stage in PageUp and chooses from a predefined package or the single CheckIntelligence option.
- CheckIntelligence uses PageUp metadata (role, location, business unit) to determine the exact checks required.
- Candidates receive a branded CWR email with a secure link to provide documents and information. Automated reminders and follow-ups run through the same trusted workflow used daily by employers like McDonald’s, Hungry Jack’s, Ampol, and 7-Eleven.
- CWR sends real-time status updates and final results back to PageUp, giving recruiters a live view of progress within the candidate record.
- PageUp displays both the overall check status and detailed outcomes directly in the candidate’s History tab.
