As a featured integration partner within the PageUp ecosystem, users can seamlessly initiate, monitor, and review i9Success services directly from the PageUp candidate platform interface. Candidate details populate the Form I-9 from PageUp, eradicating redundant data entry.

Our integration supports all completion models and workflows, ensuring a smooth Form I-9 process regardless of your chosen completion method. The streamlined workflow between i9Success and PageUp ensures Form I-9 management is hassle-free. Below is an overview of the process.

1. User triggers a Form I-9 request from the candidate via one-click ordering in PageUp.
2. PageUp sends data via secure transmission to i9Success.
3. Candidate receives an invitation to our proprietary, mobile-optimized i9Success platform.
4. Candidate quickly and securely provides additional, supplemental information required for Form I-9 processing.
5. Section 2 or Supplement B is completed by trained Form I-9 Specialists.
6. User is able to monitor status from initiation to completion.
7. Available i9Success/PageUp integration statuses include:
   • Case updates
   • In process monitoring
   • Interim statuses
   • Problem notifications
8. Once complete, i9Success returns the final result with a secure link to the detailed Form I-9.
   • i9Success integrates with PageUp for Reverification (Supplement B) requests if needed.
9. If applicable, E-Verify status is also integrated and can be viewed in PageUp.
