ATLANTA, Ga. and MELBOURNE, Australia – February 27, 2012 – Multinational Talent Management solutions provider, PageUp People, today announced details of the first half of its fiscal year. Over the period July through December 2011, the company experienced a dramatic increase in sales, welcomed new clients, expanded its executive leadership team, developed new products and furthered its global presence.

Strong Sales Growth and Expansion
PageUp People experienced significant sales wins throughout 2011 accounting for substantial growth over the previous year and adding several Fortune 500 organizations to their growing client base. The company’s first quarter growth increased 26 percent over the same period in 2010, and second quarter results were up 44 percent over the previous year. To support continued global growth the Australian company also expanded its footprint into North America by establishing a US headquarter office in Atlanta, Georgia.
New Products and Enhancements
In early May, PageUp People expanded its performance management system, adding compensation functionality that enables managers to grant annual merit increases, bonuses and stock options to reduce flight risks by rewarding high potentials and top performers.
In October 2011, PageUp People launched CareerPath, a predictive talent modeling application that provides powerful career development insight for employees, and enhances an employer’s ability to strategically plan future talent supply
In December, PageUp People implemented an unprecedented solution for recruiting talent in the emerging or high-growth global markets. The Global Gateway engages and supports regional HR operations by allowing flexibility for market- specific configuration requirements; particularly those in emerging markets where technology constraints, firewalls and BIDI language capabilities are barriers for most other talent management vendors.
Customer Recognition and Awards
During 2011, PageUp People became a seventh-time recipient of The Australian Achiever Award, an independent award based on the company’s customer assessment of its service values such as responsiveness, technical expertise and knowledge. A score above 80 percent reflects exceptional customer service, and PageUp People’s strong performance and commitment to its customer partnerships brought them a ‘Highly Recommended’ rating of 88.7 percent.
