Leading Talent Management solutions provider, PageUp People, recently announced the findings of their 2010 Customer Satisfaction Survey, which showcased significantly positive outcomes and high levels of client satisfaction.
In the 2010 survey, clients were asked to comment on the various aspects of PageUp People’s offerings, specifically its SaaS-based solution; system capabilities; metrics and analytics; customer support and the Company’s consultative approach. The primary findings of the survey underscored that PageUp People clients are incredibly satisfied with its talent management solutions and associated support.
Key findings highlighted that more than 90% of clients rated the PageUp People Talent Management Software-as-a-Service Solution as easy-to-use and beneficial to the overall efficiency of the talent management workflow process. More than 60% of those surveyed have recognized a noteworthy cost savings from the solution; understand the SaaS-based solution’s potential from ample training; and are proactively using PageUp People to improve talent management decision making. Nearly two-thirds of responding clients indicated they viewed PageUp People as going above and beyond by delivering exemplary customer service and possessing a deep understanding of clients’ critical business issues.
Additional takeaways from the survey indicated that PageUp People clients see the company as a top integrated talent management solution with global capability and a client-centric approach. Based on the data, PageUp People is strategically planning for further 2011 client- centric upgrades and future innovations.
