– Unbiased, Independent Survey of Actual Customers Rates the Talent Management Solutions Provider Particularly High in Areas of Care, Attention and Value –

NEW YORK, LONDON and MELBOURNE, Australia (March 6, 2014) PageUp People, a leading multinational talent management solutions provider, today announced it has received the coveted Australian Achiever Award for Excellence in Customer Service for the ninth time.

“What is so important about this award is that it’s based on direct feedback from our customers,” said Karen Cariss, Global CEO of PageUp People, “We are all about people; it’s not just in our name, it’s in our DNA. That’s why we strive year after year to earn the much sought after ‘Highly Recommended’ seal of approval from the Australian Achiever Awards.”

The annual award, which is an independent, unbiased survey of a business’ own customers, focuses on seven key customer service criteria such as time-related service, client needs, care and attention, value, attitude, communication, referrals, and overall perception. Not only did PageUp People maintain its long-standing high ratings with an overall “Highly Recommended” score of 88.51% in the Software Services and Supplies Category (any score above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service), it also scored an approval rating of 90% and higher in several significant subcategories as well including Care & Attention, Value, Attitude and Referrals.

When asked about the company’s strengths, a majority of customers cited personal contact and understanding customer needs as reasons they keep coming back. One customer commented, “There is a high degree of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by their staff.”  Another said, “I have dealt with a lot of other businesses in the past…PageUp People are easily the best I have ever worked with. Nothing is too hard for them.”

“Thrilling our clients through relevant product enhancements, new service offerings and exemplary customer care are PageUp People’s primary goals,” added Cariss. “We are so proud to accept this prestigious award again.”
