Launching the Development module is another step for PageUp People to deepen the capability of the Software as a Service (SaaS) Talent Management suite.

The Development module builds on the capabilities of the PageUp People Performance and Succession modules by providing a mechanism for individuals to build their capability identified in the performance cycle, on succession plans or on the development plan directly.

The PageUp People Development module supports employees on their development journey with greater ability to take ownership and oversee their career progression.

The module provides a central location for individuals to manage all elements of their development, whether that is access to one or more Learning Management System, linking with mentors or access to offline development activities.

Furthermore, the module provides the tools for HR departments to more effectively manage development initiatives enterprise wide and gain visibility of the impact of development activities on filling competency gaps.
