Customers Recognize Talent Management Leader’s High Level of Support and Functionality

ATLANTA, Ga. and MELBOURNE, Australia – May 28, 2012 – PageUp People, a Multinational Talent Management solutions provider, today announced the results of its 2011-2012 Mid-year Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey shows that PageUp People customers are highly satisfied with the products and services the company offers, performing higher than previous years in several key categories.

The survey asked participants questions in three areas: product functionality, customer support and overall company perception. The questions were designed to gauge how PageUp People customers view its SaaS-based solution, system capabilities, metrics and analytics, customer support and the overall reputation.

Customers gave high marks in the company’s system functionality, with nearly 90 percent of respondents indicating the PageUp People solution has upgraded functionality that positively impacts their use of the system. Additionally, 80 percent agree that the company’s metrics and analytics allow them to easily search for the data they need, and the majority also stating that the system allows them to generate reports in their required formats.

The company saw a rise in how customers rate its ability to understand what they need from the system and acknowledged the company’s helpful and responsive service. For the second year, the customer satisfaction survey asked participants to rate their overall perception of PageUp People. The company scored high in this category as well, with more than 80 percent of respondents considering PageUp People an innovative company and a similar number indicating they would recommend the company to others.
