After becoming Australia’s largest privately owned logistics company, Linfox has been expanding internationally in Asia and New Zealand. Employing over 23,000 people in ten countries, Linfox is determined to deliver excellent service and supply chain solutions.
Linfox had difficulty connecting with potential employees due to the nature of the industry – many of its employees, such as truckers, would be on the road or in remote locations. Linfox was unable to make any direct hires and was using over a hundred agencies.
All of this, coupled with a talent shortage, meant that Linfox was having major difficulties growing their employee base.
