City Beach is one of Australia’s leading fashion retailers. Established in 1985, they now have more than sixty retail locations across Australia, as well as an impressive online store, and stock some of the world’s biggest skate, surf, active and fashion brands.
Christmas time is the busiest time of the year in retail and to ensure customers get the best service, more staff are often required. Every December, City Beach would need to recruit high volumes of employees in a very short timeframe to meet this demand.
