Integrated Talent Management solutions provider, PageUp People, has today released the outcome of an independent customer satisfaction survey.

The survey, completed by Australian Achiever Awards, found PageUp People to have a customer satisfaction level of 93.22%, the highest rating recorded for the company.

The awards were judged on seven key criteria: Time Related Service, Addressing Clients Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication and Overall Perception.

Care and Attention and Time Related Service were rated as the two highest customer service values at 97.5% and 96% respectively.

Comments received as part of Australian Achiever Awards noted that the team at PageUp People was the differentiator.
