Leading Talent Management solutions provider PageUp People have released further enhancements to their Recruitment Management System that act to further empower and engage Hiring Managers in the recruitment process.

The enhancements to the Recruitment Centre focus on improving the experience for the hiring managers through an intuitive visual interface which provides the hiring managers with a snapshot of their required actions. The highly configurable functionality allows clients to use a system that is an accurate reflection of their business process, and supports the manager’s interaction within this process.

Client feedback from regular User Group events supported the need for hiring managers to be more engaged in the recruitment process and for the process to be extremely user friendly. The enhancement was previewed to clients at our latest User Groups, and they were extremely excited with the end results and the opportunities that the enhancements represent for them and their managers.
