Reward and Recognition
There are some amazing, talented people here at PuP so we celebrate their successes in style. Each month we take nominations & announce a CEO Award Winner, reward successful friend referrals and offer a performance based bonus scheme to eligible employees. Every new employee is given access to a personal profile on their PageUp portal – you tell us among other things, how you like to be rewarded and when you meet your objectives our people leaders are empowered to lavish you with one or more of your favourite things!
Social
We are a social bunch committed to team building across our business and across locations. Every Friday night we gather for drinks & nibbles, belt out a tune over birthday cake each month and congregate to get the inside scoop from our CEO over brekky. Oh and don’t get us started on how much we Yammer, Facebook and Tweet!
Health & Wellbeing
Healthier employees are happier employees, let us take a little care of you with flu vaccinations, regular work health checks & discounted gym membership. We have weekly fruit box deliveries and for those who like it fizzy, subsidised soft drinks. There is also a Wii & PlayStation for those rainy days when leaving the office for lunch is just not an option!

By now you have probably realised it is a great place to work but let’s really convince you with some flexible working options depending on your role you might be able to work from home, flex your hours or look at PT options. We even offer the option to work 3 yrs & take the 4th off at part salary or salary sacrifice an extra 2 weeks annual leave.
